Living in a digital world connected by Internet, we are surrounded by lots of digital information every day. The information could be in form of files, webpages, emails, RSS feeds, etc. Most people recognize the importance of taking advantage of all the data they have to help their business. But the problem is not all the data is visible, partially because some data is in formats which the user does not have an application to open. And it is too difficult to manage the data in an efficient way, partially because they are in different formats, from different sources, in different locations, sometimes the data is dynamic, etc.
ATView, our 2D/3D data visualization and management tool, is designed for that purpose. We invite you to check it out. It is currently in Beta 0.1.5 version and is available for download for free. We plan to officially release version 1.0 in July, 2010. We plan to support at least 100 formats for the first released version.
With the help of the product, you can visualize and manage data files no matter in what formats. Currently, ATView supports the following data formats:
Office document formats: XML, RTF
Image formats: BMP, GIF, PNG, JPEG, JPG, TIF, TIFF, PBM, PNM, PGM, PPM, EMF, EPS, SVG, WMF
Audio formats: MP3, WAV, AU, AIFF, AIF, RMF, MID, MIDI
Video formats: MPEG, MPG, AVI, WMV, FLV
3D data formats: STL, 3DS, OBJ
The tool also supports generic loading for all text files or binary files
